Between my 12-plus-hour study days motivated simply by anxiety of underperforming in looming exams, my fascination with these rose-gold delicacies sparked a spontaneous photography session as soon as holidays commenced.
Being the relentlessly embarrassing outcast in all social events, I have always stayed clear of any accessorising in the form of jewellery. This necessary vanity in an attempt to save face partially stems from my overall clumsiness and excessive palm-sweating (which I am sure has some form of impressive medical terminology that is beyond the scope of my knowledge and of this site). Notwithstanding my wallowing in self-consciousness, my concurrent strive to be openminded (and somewhat relevant STUVAC sleep-deficiency) rendered an invitation to try some of Humble Commodity’s pieces extremely appealing.
In the aftermath of a period of intense 12-plus-hour study days motivated simply by anxiety of underperforming in looming exams, my fascination with these rose-gold delicacies sparked a spontaneous editorial-esque photography session as soon as holidays commenced. This 5pm last light opened up a grey-hued 10-minute space that rekindled the creative juices which remained very much idle from an onslaught of intermittent, but extremely important, assessments throughout the entire first semester. In celebration of my venture into the world of accessorising, I’ve proudly worn the same U/O2 ring on my index finger for a week now.
But alas, my internet has been down since midweek and won’t be back for a few days [insert three lemon emojis and a breathy ‘ah, life’ sigh]. Thank god for ridiculously overpriced portable internet USB sticks. Or not. I need to upload this thing before my gigabytes run out.
